FFL Orders and Disclaimers.

MIVA complies with all local, state and federal laws with respect to Firearms Sales/Transfers. We will only ship firearms to valid FFL Holders NOT to individuals. FFL orders require a copy of your chosen FFLs license sent to [email protected] along with your order number prior to shipment of your firearm/receiver. The receiving FFL will handle your ID verification and background checks prior to pickup. In store pickup will be handled the same way. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition. You must be 21 to purchase handguns, handgun ammuntions and lower receivers. Any orders in violation will be cancelled. Any orders that violate shipping rules will aslo be canceled (IE. Ordering a binary trigger to a prohibited state).
