State and Local laws are rapidly changing. Please check your individual state and laws before placing an order. Here are some state and area restrictions below. 

CALIFORNIA
We do not directly ship ammo to individuals.  All ammunition must be shipped to a Licensed Ammo Vendor or FFL (Federal Firearms License)  holder in the state.  Tracer ammunition is NOT legal in CA. Plese be sure the firearm you order is approved by your communist overlords prior to purchase.

DELAWARE 

No rifle or shotgun sales to any resident of Delaware that is under 21 years old. No variants of AR15 or AK47, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware. No semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has at least 1 of the following: A folding or telescoping stock. A pistol grip or a thumbhole stock. A forward pistol grip. A flash suppressor. A grenade launcher or flare launcher. A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches No semi-auto shotguns are to be sold to residents of Delaware with the following characteristics: Possesses a detachable magazine. Possesses both a pistol grip and folding or telescopic stock. Possesses a revolving cylinder. No semi-automatic pistol with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds. 

No semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine than can accept more than 17 rounds. No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds. No semi-automatic pistol that has a detachable magazine and has at least one of the following features: An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip. A threaded barrel. A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel except a slide. A second hand grip.

Snap a photo of your valid state FOID card and send it over to us. Ensure the address, expiration date and phone are legible.  We will only ship to the address on your FOID card. NEW JERSEY 

No restriction on rifle ammo. But for pistol / rimfire ammo we need to the following: - A valid copy of your firearms purchaser identification card OR - A valid copy of your permit to purchase a handgun OR - A valid copy of your permit to carry a handgun. Tracer ammunition is NOT legal in NJ

 NEW YORK 

We cannot directly ship ammo to individuals.  Must ship through an FFL (Federal Firearms License) or what the state calls a "Registered Seller of Ammunition".

 Semi-Auto Rifles/Receivers now require semi-auto permit per your tyrannical elected officials, be sure you possess this prior to purchase or wait time for transfers may be longer then usual
